Grace Martins – General Manager
An industry veteran with a strong sales background Grace joined QRX in 1989. At the time, QRX was a small family owned business, selling IT supplies to small and medium size companies. Having an early success in sales Grace was given successive responsibilities and became a key player in the company. Under her leadership, QRX has grown to a national distributor of IT supplies selling to Fortune 500 corporations, institutions and government. As General Manager, Grace spends most of her time in business development, budgeting, and profit planning. She is also responsible for the long-term strategic direction of the company.
David Vyse – Director-Managed Print/Document Workflow Solutions
Dave is an industry veteran with over 14 years of managed print and document workflow experience. Throughout his career, Dave has received many honors and awards. With his experience and expert knowledge Dave will be a key player in the group’s strategic direction to offer comprehensive managed print solutions to existing and new customers.
Mike Kelly – Manager IT Services
Mike joined QRX in 2004. During his tenure with QRX, Mike has built strong relationships with large corporations, institutions and government agencies and has provided them with information on the latest technologies and efficient data storage solutions for their operations. Through his efforts Mike is one of the top sales people in the company.
Nelson Au – Regional Sales Manager Central
Nelson joined QRX in 2008. Nelson built a large customer base in Ontario and was given the responsibility to lead the Ontario sales group. Through good service and determination, Nelson has managed to sign up several contacts with Fortune 500 corporations, government and institutions in Ontario.
Jean Philippe Doucet – Regional Sales Manager Quebec/Maritimes
J.P. is one of the earliest sales employees of QRX. He joined the group in 1997 and is based in the Montreal sales office. In addition to developing a successful sales territory, J.P. is responsible for leading the Quebec and Maritimes sales group. For the duration, J.P. has acquired a thorough knowledge of the company, products, and customer’s needs and has been instrumental in building the company’s Quebec and Maritimes business.
Tina Panacci – Marketing Manager
Tina joined QRX in 2002 and started to learn about the IT supplies business by managing a sales territory. In 2009, Tina moved to the Marketing department and was soon promoted to Marketing Manager. In addition to developing successful programs and promotions, Tina has built strong relationships with industry manufacturers and distributors.
Carlos Martins – Customer Service Manager
Carlos is a QRX veteran with many years of Customer Service experience. He joined the group in 1996 as a Customer Service Representative and slowly began to form, train and supervise his own team that is now at the center of order processing for the company. Carlos is also responsible for the company’s on-line ordering program.
