SoD (Service on Demand)
Service on Demand is a Time & Materials Program (also known as Break & Fix) allowing customers to call with service requests with no commitments or contractual obligations.

Maintenance Agreements (Preventative Cleanings)
QRX can provide routine maintenance for all office equipment. Printers, Copiers, Faxes and Mult-function Devices can be maintained on regularly scheduled intervals. QRX can customize a maintenance program that best suits your office environment and printing requirements.

Service Blocks (Labour Agreements)
QRX can provide service labour discounts based on volume. If your organization places more than ten (10) service calls per year, this alternative solution allows you to purchase bundled hours of service (Service Blocks). By paying up front for the Service Blocks, customers receive discounted pricing. The more support you purchase, the greater the discount you receive based on per service call.

Service Contracts (Service Agreements)
QRX provides various levels of coverage and response services geared towards different budgets and requirements. Our Service Agreements range from All-inclusive coverage to a more cost conscious Standard Agreement. Response services as fast 4-hours or less on-site or to next day, we have you covered in a quick manner.
